Which formats can I convert?

We currently run 284 conversion directions across 44 formats: images, documents, audio, video, data and fonts. The full, searchable list is on the home page and comes straight from the engines.

How large can a file be?

Each file can be up to 256 MB. The limit is the same for every format.

Can I convert several files at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A batch takes up to 10 files, and the whole batch appears as one line in your history.

Why is a conversion I need not listed?

We only list pairs our engines can actually produce. If you need one that is missing, tell us through the contact form and include the formats.

Do you keep my files?

Accepted Answer

No. The source file is deleted the moment the conversion succeeds. The result stays downloadable for 60 minutes and is then wiped from disk automatically.

What do you store about a conversion?

Only the format, size, status and time, so your history makes sense. Never the file content.

Where does the conversion run?

On our servers, using sharp for images, LibreOffice for documents, ffmpeg for audio and video, and in-house converters for data and fonts. Nothing is installed on your machine.

How much does a conversion cost?

Between 1 and 5 credits per file, depending on its type. Documents are cheapest and video costs the most. File size does not change the price.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits are bought up front, stay on your balance and never expire. There is no subscription.

Is there a free option?

New accounts get 5 free conversions. They are counted in files, not credits, and are used before your balance.

What if a conversion fails?

You are not charged. The credits go straight back to your balance automatically.

Payments are taken in EUR. Prices shown in other currencies are a reference based on current rates.

You can try a few conversions on the home page without one. Buying credits and keeping a history needs an account in the dashboard.
